Ebrahim Shirazi
Born in Tehran, Iran in 1947 Abe was brought up with a strong work ethic that he has instilled into Shirazi Distributing today. After completing required military service and finishing at the top of his military class Abe was sent to the United States to attend university. Abe graduated with a civil engineering degree from Lowell Technical Institute (now Umass Lowell). Shortly after graduation Abe returned to Iran to work as an engineer. A year later Abe was back in the United States and purchased Lieb’s Deli in Belmont Center, MA. Lieb’s was open for 12 years until Abe closed the doors and bought his distributor's business renaming it Shirazi Distibuting. For the last quarter of a century Abe has worked to grow the one truck business into what it is today.
Joshua Shirazi
Born in Worcester, MA in 1980 Josh grew up in Leominster, MA. After graduation from Leominster High School in 1998 Josh attended Clark University. In 2002 he earned his bachelors degree in Business Management with a concentration in Law and Society. In 2003 Josh earned his M.B.A. in Finance from the Clark University Graduate School of Management. Shortly after completion of graduate school, Josh joined his father Abe at Shirazi Distributing.

Shirazi Distributing took on its biggest expansion project in 2008 with the purchase of a refrigerated warehouse with offices at 138 Newmarket Square in Boston. With a hard work ethic and strategic improvements, Shirazi Distributing has become greater Boston’s most trusted and reliable food service distributor.
